Story Review of My Own Room

The story “My Very Own Room” is written by Amada Irma Pérez and talks about a girl who really really wants her own room, but she just never gets it. Her family has low income because of not enough education, but she finally finds the perfect place for her room. The storage closet the whole story is mostly about how they are setting up her room. They get a bed, a wooden crate for a stand and get a lamp. They go to the public library to get some books to read and the girl now has a room so she is happy and she is appreciating her family’s work by letting them go in her new room.

People have privacy, we sometimes need a little space because can’t just be crowded around with everyone getting squashed. There is something called privacy that you have where it is like a little bubble. You have it when you need comfort and safety.In the story, Amada needs space so after she gets her own bedroom she feels better without having to sleep with five boys. She is in her bubble, she wants to be alone. When you are in the bubble you just need time to yourself alone thinking about random things and relaxing our brain. Then one will probably get some weird or unpredictable feeling like happy, angry, sad for a moment when you think of something. After some time you will come out of the bubble and start to reunite with people. People’s privacy is important, it is needed for safety, comfort and more.

When someone puts in their time and effort for example, he will show appreciation for them, they will be thankful for helping someone or giving them something in return. Usually “he” might give them something back from themself or give them a premade gift one might have bought. In the story, Amada’s family helps her make her own room so Amada thanks them by letting them be in her room as she reads them a story. People thank each other for many deeds they have done to one, like the story where Amanda is thanking her family. One thanks people for showing one is grateful for their work, it is kinda like trading, they help one and in return someone else helps them.

Family members help each other and support or help only because they love each other and want them all to have a happy day without any problems. You are born with your family, everyone loves you and wants to hug you. After some time family members help you like feeding you and providing you with a bedroom. In the story, Amada’s family helps her and sets up her new bedroom. They help Amada because they love her, if Amanda is another person I doubt they would even talk to him/her when asked to help set up bedrooms. Family helps out and not just loves you but also appreciates your help when you help them. Family benefits each other by helping each other and making others feel good.

This is a great story that talks about a girl who gets her own room after getting too old and wanting some privacy. Her family helps her and she thanks them by letting them go in her own room. This great story not only has good content but also has many useful lessons. First, families are supposed to help and support each other, they love each other and they can do some amazing things together. Second, People have privacy. When you need privacy or a little space for yourself you are in the bubble and you just need time to yourself. Last but not least, When someone puts in their time and effort for something just for you, you will show appreciation for them, you will be thanking them for helping you or giving you something. This is a terrific story that has lots of very useful lessons that we should learn.
