The story Cook-a-Doodle-Doo talks about a Big Brown Rooster who wants to eat something else except for the chicken feed that he is always eating. So, he takes out the cooking book his grandmother Little Red Hen had written before. After he reads the recipes he decides to make a strawberry shortcake. On his way to the kitchen he first met a dog, a cat, and a goose. Rooster asks them if they want to help but they all reject his invite. Then he met a turtle, an iguana, and a pig. They want to help the rooster so they walk to the kitchen. When they are baking the shortcake they make a bunch of mistakes but at last they make the cake very yummy and they all enjoy the cake.

In this story when the rooster, the turtle, the iguana, and the pig are always team working. They are making the strawberry shortcake and they are working together very hard but also having fun and they make good friends. A good team doesn't let a person do everything on it is not fair for the others also, it is not fair for him or her to do all the work which the whole team should do. In this story, everyone has work to do and if others need help they will help each other. This is very good team work. The animals were doing their best in a group and didn’t blame anyone else even when others did something wrong or even splat the shortcake when they were already finished.

Sometimes people will be careless and that will make the things wrong or not that good. The rooster and the other three animals that are making the strawberry shortcake make a lot of mistakes and the last one is because of carelessness. The last mistake is that the iguana says that he will take the strawberry shortcake to the table and they can share the yummy and beautiful cake but because the iguana is very careless so the cake splatters and falls off of the plate and crashes into the ground. In our real life things like that happen too. When you are putting something on the desk and there is a cup of water but you forget it so the water spills. Being careless does no good for a person, but just don’t blame anyone.

Friends are people who can help you and make you feel happy when you need it. The rooster, turtle, iguana, pig are friends and they help each other hen thy such as hen one of them has a word that he doesn't know what does it means, the others will help him by understanding the words and do the correct instructions. But not just blame him or just doing the steps for him, they tell the one who doesn’t know how to do the steps the meaning of it and let him do it by himself. Friendship is also a kind of way to learn different things. There are good and bad friends, a good friend can let you learn something from them and a bad friend can make you like them too. Good friends are important and it can help you learn things.

The story Cook-a-Doodle-Doo is about a rooster who wants to make something new to eat and so he works with a turtle, a iguana, a pig and they make a yummy strawberry shortcake. But they have made a lot of mistakes. The whole group are team working and they all have their own job and this makes things faster. But at last the iguana was careless. The shortcake falls down off the plate he is holding in his hands. Carelessness is not a very good thing for people. Friends are good and bad. A good friend can let you learn something from him or her. But a bad friend can make you into him or her. It is very difficult to make sure which is the good friend and which one is the bad friend.
