Make a Dish

Today we are making an old fashioned American breakfast called: Ham and Eggs. We need to prepare some ingredients: six eggs, half a spoon of milk and two slices of ham. First, crack the six eggs into a big pan. Get rid of the eggshells. Now, heat up the pan. Second, add in the milk and mix well. This will thin eggs. The last step is to chop up the ham, and then add it to the eggs. Mix the eggs will get thick in the hot pan. This is how you make delicious ham and eggs.


My favorite dish is Ziran Yangrou. For this dish we need lamb, a spoon cup of white sesame, a spoon cup of cumin, a half spoon cup of chili,salt and some fennel. First, we need to cut lamb into small cubes, and then put them into a clear big bowl. We put all the spice into the bowl with lamb cubs. Mix them together for half an hour to make sure all the cubs have enough flavor. Now we heat the pan, put some white (lamb) meat in it. This is for the oil. Then we put lamb cubes into the hot pan for about six minutes, and put fennel in the pan to let this dish get a crisp feeling. Now you have yummy Ziran Yangrou.This dish is really good with white rice. But if you are afraid to gain weight, you also can put the dish in lettuce instead of rice. My mom is Hui nationality which means she does not eat pork. Lamb and beef are two meats we always eat in the daytime. This is dish is my favorite, hope you will like it too.
