Can I Survive in the Rainforest? (counterpoint)

A rainforest is a habitat with millions of plants and animals, some can kill you, and some can help you. There are many poisonous plants, poisonous ivy, for example, can make you very itchy, some people’s allergic to it and can die if he or she touches it. Some animals in a rainforest can be harmful too: snakes, tigers, bears, and ants. To survive there, you'll have to have mastered skills to recognize what is useful and harmful. And that’s not easy, if I were to survive in a rainforest like that, I don’t think I can survive even two or three days!

Food might be plentiful in a rainforest, but without proper training, we won’t know if a plant is poisonous or not, or if it’s delicious, healthy, or edible. Finding things that we need to survive, like food and shelter, in a rainforest isn't as easy as we thought. If I made a mistake and ate something bad, then I would be sick and die. A shelter is even harder to find because it needs to fit me best, not too big, not too small. I wouldn’t want to walk into a cave with a bear or tiger! Some air in the rainforest is harmful to human lungs, too.

It's very hard to be safe in a forest full of preying animals, I would have to keep an eye open even when I sleep! Keeping safe and healthy is very hard in a rainforest And it’s even more difficult to keep healthy in a forest where poisonous dart frogs and venomous snakes can jump in my path any moment, poisonous ivy or other plants can make me have a rash, and the air can sometimes be more dangerous. If I were poisoned by a venomous snake, I couldn't find a doctor to help me. Keeping safe is hard work in the rainforest, but it's also crucial

Without friends and family to support and be with me, I would be devastated. Every day, I'll need friends to support me and play with me, and talk. But I'm alone in the jungle, and I won't have any friends, I won’t even have family to assure me that I’ll be fine. I’ll be lonely, missing my friends and family so much that there'll be no point living on. I also can't chase my passion, if it has anything to do with technology, because there is no technology in rainforests, there’s no building or any job there, except if I want to be a veterinarian, or an animal scientist. It’s super lonely in a rainforest.

A rainforest habitat is a place where animals thrive, there are harmful things and harmless things in it. Water might be easy to find in a rainforest, but scary anacondas roam it, and there are big ones in the water too, so it’s definitely not safe. Food and shelter are harder to find than they look, too, you could easily get lost. It's also very easy to get sick in a rainforest because of the flies and wilderness, and there's no doctor to help me when I get injured or sick. I'll really need friends, without them, I’ll get so lonely that my belly will seem full of dirt. In conclusion, I don't think I can survive in a rainforest.
